If you need changes to your account, including canceling service, call Subscriber Services at (518) 454-5454. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. When a price or service changes, each subscriber’s period will be adjusted based on the balance remaining on the subscriber’s account. The Thanksgiving home delivery edition will be charged at the Sunday home delivery rate, which will be reflected in your invoice. After the promotional period ends, your service will continue at the then published full rate, unless the Albany Times Union is otherwise notified. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you must contact Subscriber Services at (518) 454-5454 or www.timesunion.com/offerdisclaimer. Your subscription may include up to five premium issues per year. For each premium issue, your account may be charged up to $6.95 which will be reflected in the billing period when the section publishes. This will result in shortening the length of your billing period.
